Reeve is a proprietary, internal business tool used exclusively by authorized personnel. The Application is not available to the public, nor does it commercialize user data. 

2. Information We Collect via QuickBooks Online API

To facilitate internal sales tracking and financial reporting, Reeve connects to QuickBooks Online to access and synchronize financial data, specifically:

• Invoicing data (including invoice numbers, amounts, line items, and payment statuses).

• Customer names and associated billing contact info tied to invoices.

3. How We Use the Data

Data pulled from QuickBooks Online is used strictly to power the internal ERP and sales workflows within Reeve. This includes:

• Syncing sales metrics with internal company dashboards.

• Streamlining internal reporting and order fulfillment.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data retrieved from QuickBooks Online with outside third parties. Data remains securely within Reeve Systems' managed infrastructure and is only accessible by authorized internal employees.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including HTTPS encryption and secure token management) to protect your financial and business data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
