Welcome to Reeve ("the Application"), an internal sales and ERP platform developed for and operated by Reeve Systems, LLC ("the Company"). By accessing or using this Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
Authorized Internal Use Only
Access to Reeve is strictly restricted to authorized employees, contractors, and agents of Reeve Systems, LLC. Unauthorized access, use, or distribution of this Application or its contents is strictly prohibited.
Integration with QuickBooks Online
Reeve integrates with QuickBooks Online via the Intuit API to pull invoicing and financial records for internal administrative and sales purposes. Users of Reeve must not attempt to alter, bypass, or exploit this API connection in any way that violates Intuit’s Developer Terms or standard operating procedures.
User Responsibilities & Data Confidentiality
As an authorized user of Reeve, you may have access to sensitive customer invoicing and corporate financial data. You agree to:
Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your login credentials.
Use the data retrieved from QuickBooks Online solely for legitimate, assigned business purposes.
Abide by the Company's internal data handling and security protocols.
Termination of Access
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Reeve at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or the termination of employment/contractual relationships with the Company.
Limitation of Liability
Reeve is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for internal operational assistance. The Company makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the sync between Reeve and QuickBooks Online.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reeve Systems, LLC is headquartered.
